Pippa, a VivePoint Associate, helps leaders do their best work through the coaching, learning and development she facilitates.
She is a commercially astute business consultant with a wealth of hands-on experience, which she now shares through coaching, training and strategic consultancy. She brings a blend of entrepreneurial flair, commercial acumen and results focus to her coaching, with particular expertise in building leadership presence and influence.
She has an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching awarded by the Academy of Executive Coaching and is certified to implement the leadership development and coaching tools EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, which focus on Emotional Intelligence at work. She has a particular interest in Transactional Analysis to enhance communication in business and is a regular speaker on leadership and communications.
Recent coaching assignments include: C-suite executive, insurance; directors, international retail; senior managers, finance; founder, media start-up; senior executives, ‘Green Growth’ and climate change; senior leader, agricultural science research; managing director, international PR; managing director tech division major PR consultancy; director, national holiday charity; all levels, broadband industry; senior executives, water charity; key NHS workers impacted by Covid-19.
She has a business background in leisure and hospitality. She founded, built and sold her own public relations consultancy, was a partner in Voyager Hotels, a hotel investment and asset management company, served as Chief Executive of an international public relations and digital consultancy, and was Vice President responsible for worldwide corporate and investor communications at Orient-Express Hotels.

Richard James Zieman is a Chicago Playwright & resident playwright of Glass Apple Theatre. His last play, “Lighthouses in the Desert” has been submitted to the Pulitzer Committee for consideration to receive the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
