She has led international teams, built and sold a business, and worked across public and private sectors.

Pippa’s coaching supports leaders to overcome challenges, amplify influence, and drive meaningful change. It’s about practical outcomes, not just reflection—helping high achievers think deeply, act decisively, and navigate evolving priorities with clarity.

Certified in Psychometrics of EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, and trained in Transactional Analysis, she focuses on leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and strategic agility to achieve results. She holds an Advanced Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Pippa’s experience includes coaching C-suite leaders and senior managers across sectors including insurance, tech, finance, FMCG, and purpose-led organisations.

Before getting her coaching qualifications, she built and sold a highly successful successful public relations (PR) and

communications consultancy, was a partner in a hotel investment firm, served as CEO of a global PR agency, and led global communications and investor relations as Vice President of an international hotel group. She understands the pressures of leadership – because she has lived experience at that level and has an instinct and the training to make senior leaders even more effective.
