Tim Biscaye

Entrepreneurial Advisor, Career Coach, Executive Search Specialist

Tim is a dual national (French/USA), working from Nice, France and London, England as a strategist / advisor on best practices in hiring and managing cross cultural businesses and global talent. He is experienced in HR leadership, executive search, talent acquisition & development and as a transition management consultant. In his early career Tim emigrated from metro New York to southern France to learn French and in the 90s relocated to Morocco. Over the course of his career Tim has worked in nine industries/sectors and in 38 countries; coaching professionals and helping to build businesses. Tim is professionally fluent in French, English and in conversational Moroccan Arabic.

He has 20 plus years of people leadership and operational management experience in Francophone West/Central Africa in the business, sustainable development and humanitarian sectors along with five years in North Africa and the Middle East (MENA) Region. Tim has started, and been a key executive in, multiple small businesses, led people & HR teams in start-ups, scale-ups, turn-rounds, fast-growth SMEs and global enterprises across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Tim’s current clients are in the private and public sectors as well as in the NGO & global institutions space in France, Europe and globally. Since 2012 he is also Adjunct Professor in Strategic HR, Diversity & Business Governance & Women in Leadership; working as a career coach and workshop facilitator as well at IPAG Business School; CMH Academy & University Côte D’Azur School of Medicine in Nice; and the International University of Monaco.
